My car ford fiesta diesel 7885 was given for service due to some noise in the engine.i stopped the car aside & called the tow guy at ford Ramnagar.They towed the car to Abids Ford Service Center without checking whether the car was starting or not.The Abids service center person called up and said the timer belt was broken and the car was not starting,where in i left the car in movement only and he changed it.The bill was Rs6,500.In the evening the executive called again saying there is a problem with cam shaft and it is costing Rs10,000.i went to the showroom on 23Oct2013 at 3pm.The vehicle was running well and to my suprise the technicians did not change the timer belt nor the cam shaft and they gave me the bill.When i tried to ask them the explanation the concerned person was chewing tobacco and was speaking rude without respect.They said they don't know anything.I said i will give a consumer complaint & their answer was even i give a complaint nothing will happen.I request you to look into this issue as they are cheating customers.This is the third time i gave the car & every time there is a bill of Rs 20,000.The behaviour of the executives is very bad.Kindly look into this issue & i want compensation for what i faced.
