Exercises like vehicle performance checking, sending technical service engineer!! Taking the opinion of service center manager!@.. all are IRRELEVENT EXERCICES and NOTHING BUT DILUTING THE TRUTH!

As per designers Specification, if all products went successful! then NO PRODUCT WILL FAIL!! IN THE MARKET!

Rather accepting the genuine aspects, concluding with the statement " No abnormality found in FORD FIGO" is totally unacceptable!
After extending my time and support for all exercises, diluting the truth at last! is shameful!

Rather asking me to improve my driving confidence, I should say that ford India has to improve their Efficient staff and Management!
Need not spoil the business of Ford by outsiders, but in house management is enough!!
