Dear Sirs,
A very serious economic fraud and cheating is being currently operational by Airtel Maharashtra.
They are :
1. Unsubscribed and Unsolicited Activation of VAS (Value Added Services).
2. Wrongful Debit/ Charging for Unsubscribed & unsolicited SMS.
3. Giving False information on Helpline IVRS regarding VAS Start/ Stop.
4. Misleading prepaid customers thru Helpline.
5. Inspite of Deactivation of VAS, continuing to send & debit charges for Unsubscribed & unsolicited SMS.
6. Harassing Prepaid customers to visit Airtel mobile Franchise to find a solution to the unsubscribed VAS, as the Helpline 121 from mobile is unreachable or disconnected immediately by Tele-executives.
Kindly look into the matter and hope corrective action is taken immediately.

I do also suffer from the same problem of wrongly balance deduction. When I call customer service executive they were misleading me by telling I was surfing from aitel live. after clearing that point he was telling that i have sent sms thats why i have being charged,though i have not.
I think the executives are not well trained or they are just having fun of their customers. Better they improve themselves.

the same thing is happening with me last 5 days and i have called almost 15-20 times to helpdesk for this issue still my issue is not resolved its like a mental harassment they are doing with loyal customers

Airtel is still continuing with this FRAUD & CHEATING, I have personally observed several Airtel customers visiting Airtel Gallery in Nasik with same complaints.
The worst part is nobody in the Airtel gallery is able to help STOP this CRIME.
Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) officials seem to be involved in this CRIMINAL Activity by not taking cognisance and stern action against Airtel.

I also went through this panic situation so I stopped using Airtel unwillfully.
As far as VAS is concerened Airtel is giving very third class service and cheating customers
