I am extremely disappointed being cheated time and again by Airtel.
On 10/12/2009 morning I got a SMS stating \"Thank you for subscribing the hello tunes. You have been charged Rs. 30 for 30 days\" Absurd isnt it? Because I never had sent any request to activate this subscription. Also I never took any call from Airtel.
Its not a surprise to me because it happened to me earlier as well and after attempting to contact the customer service multiple times I just gave up. This time as well I tried calling customer care couple of times but either it takes a really long time to connect to any advisor and if you get connected the advisors just hung up on you.
You just cannot imagine my level of frustration. 30 rupees is not a big money but because of those stupid deductions my balance went to negative and I had to face a lot of trouble as I wasnt able to make calls.
I Also wrote a complaint to Airtel customer greviences on 10/12/2009, but they dont bother to reply. Reference number of the complaint logged to Airetl is 1012200915503.
