Hi Airtel,
I have a complaint to raise against your customer service. I am Sumit Mitra. I bought Airtel 4G LTE wifi router from an Airtel agent Mr. Kaushik of 3G zone (104/B, Raja Subodh Mullick Square, Kolkata-47) on 6th January, 2014. I paid rupees 6735/- as advnce for 6 months (10GB usage allownce per month) against invoice number 2124.
Nobody has came to verify the same till 8th January, 2014. I am asking the agent if someone will verify so that I can start using the 4G service. He says that Airtel personnel will call and come today and no one calls.
I tried the customer care number but nothing halped.
