RESPECTED SIR / MADAM,

I PURCHASED A MOBILE SIM CARD BEARING NO********00 ALONG WITH ALL MY DOCUMENTS 4OM \"KHELA R KHELA\" 27/04/2009 (I.M.S.I.NO.-404310201149864,SIM NO.-********002011498642,TYPE-SUK-49,MFD.-NOV.\'08.
AFTER GETTING THIS CONNECTION I FOUND THAT THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER NAME IS MR.SUKHEN NIOGI OF HOOGHLY. I ASTONISHED THT I GAVE THEM MY DOCUMENTS BUT THE CONNECTION IS ON ANOTHER NAME .
I LAUNCHED A G.D. TO KHARDAH P.S. (G.D. NO.-2506 DT.-28/04/2009) TO BRIEF THE MATTER IN DETAILS BY WRITTEN AGAINST \"KHELA R KHELA\" & \"AIRTEL\" ALSO .THEN I FAX & SEND A LETTER WITH A/D TO BRIEF THE TOTAL MATTER ALONG WITH G.D.COPY TO THE MANAGER,BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED, INFINITE BUILDING,5TH.FLOOR,SECTOR-V,SALT LAKE ELELCTRONOCS COMPLEX,KOL-91. THEY RECEIVED THE LETTER & THE A/D CARD HAS BEEN BACK IN MY HOUSE.
IN THE MEAN TIME I SEND TO MANY E MAIL & TALK THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER TO STATING THE PROBLEMS BUT THEY DIDN\'T SOLVE THE PROBLEMS OR NOT CANCELLED THE AGENCY OF \"KHELA R KHEKLA\".
THEN WITH ALL DOCUMENTS I WENT AIRTEL,BARRAKPOPORE CONNET. THE MANAGER OF THIS CONNECT RECEIVED THE ALL DOCUMENTS WITH OFFICE SEAL ON 28/04/2009 . THEN I SEND A LETTER WITH ALL DOCUMENTH TO LINDSAY STREET CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER ON03/08/2009 TH.DTDC COURIER SERVICE (CONSIGNMENT NO.- K36120029) BUT THE PROLEM HAS BEEN NOT SOLVED UPTO DAY THAT IS 09/08/2009 .
I THINK THAT THIS IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE FROM \"KHELA R KHELA\",HALADHAR BASU ROAD,P.O.-PANIHATI,KOLKATA-700 114 & \"BHARTI AIRTEL\"
SO, I REQUEST U TO TAKE THE MATTER CARE FULLY & PUNISHED THEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
