Airtel West Bengal - Disturbing Crank Calls

For the past 1 day, I have been receiving crack call and rude sms & dirty sms on my airtel mobile no. ********24 several times a day at various times
of the day.The same person is calling again and again and all of those from the Idea no. ********99.Please let me know if you intend to do anything about this. I am extremely
frustrated with this nonsense and if no action is taken in the next few
days, then I will be forced to lodge a complaint at the Police station

I am too getting the the dirty sms on my mobile ********31.

I tried all the options but still getting the sms.
