Sir/Ma'am,

I, Shruti Verma purchased POLO High line - Red color (HR26CH6990) from Mahindra First Choice ( C-82 B Near HCL Info systems, Sector-8, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301 ) on 28th June 2017. A Salesperson named Deepak Verma was handling my purchase from the beginning, I was told that the RC and the insurance will be transferred. After continuous follow-ups, I received my RC 7 months later of the purchasing date.
I was then following up for the insurance but there wasn't any reply or even a polite conversation, now when I have been calling them since December, they tell me that Mr. Deepak Verma has left the organization and some Mr. Sandeep has joined in his place. Whenever I call them the rude behavior hasn't led anything anywhere.

On 23rd December 2017, I met with an accident resulting in heavy injuries and the damage to the car. Ever since I have been calling Noida car point for the positive response and looking forward to getting my car repaired but every time I call them they tell that I have not called for anything and this is my first call.
I don't know how they track things because way before the accident I have been calling continuously, my brother also visited their office but executives made a heated argument and again told him that they arent not responsible for the promises MR. Deepak Did to me.

P.S I am unable to get my insurance claimed since then.
Please understand the urgency of the situation and the kind of behavior and noncooperation I have been dealing with. I have been paying parking charges at Volkswagen Metropolitan, J-3 B1EXTN, MOHAN CO-OPERATIVE INDL ESTA, MATHURA ROAD, BEHIND MERCEDES BENZ SHOWROOM, Delhi 110044,
Imagine the cost I am bearing and haven't been getting any response.
