I bought a Hyundai Santro last month from Mahindra First choice Rajarhat branch in Kolkata. The experience so far has been pain full. I had an accident recently and my car had a dent on the right rear gate. Now they have their service centre. I went there and gave the car to them for repairing. I told the guy from first choice and showed him that I had half tank fuel in my car. They took 15 days to fix the dent and they stole petrol from my car as well. When I reported this to the manager of the branch he asked me to get in touch with the service centre and the service centre people said that same. So it end up in nothing. The guy accepted that it’s a mistake however still they haven’t compensated. The RC is still due. As per them it takes 45 days however when I checked with them different people giving different answers. What to do next? When I walked up to them for an explanation and they started behaving rude and unprofessional.
