Mahindra First Choice - spare part cheating from mahindra first choice

Hi this is Avinash mehta. I have given my car Chevrolet Cptiva for accident work at MFC surat service centre they have broken my windshield wiper while replacing windshield and not informed me after taking car back to my home i found and asked MFC to replace. they kept me waiting for two months saying it is not availabe at dealer end and sunddenly after two months they said this surat workhop is closed and now they cant help.
Since 25-jan-2016 i have send several mail to mahindra first choice customer care and called atleast 15 times but they have never replied my mail and helped.please suggest what to do.
