I had ordered for a new dish tv connection through internet on 5th Dec 2010 and got a online Token No. 28025, mentioning within 24 hrs , the product will be delivered at home.
It was charged 690 Rs.
But its almost 10 days passed, no correspondence has done from Dish TV and many times I tried calling their customer care, but they are very careless in handling and rude too.
The keep on saying everyday that by EOD it wl be done etc etc... but no result absolutely.
Please log a complain and do the needful.

Thanks for your reply.
I have sent around 15 mails to this ID, but they are not responding atall. Thay are taking all details me every time and saying it will be resolved within 2 hrs. but again the same issue. Absolutely no reult.
