I had Taken DISH TV connection on : 1/2/2006
VC Number: 01500866909


They have written in the receipt of security deposit that “A sum of Rs 1590 towards interst free refundable security deposit refundable after three years from the date of activation subject to return of digital decoder SL NO 200745010B59032910 in proper working condition”
but now they are not refunding the security amount: 1590

Dish tv helpline misguided me a lot and wasted my time too by diverting me to dealers.

This way dish tv harrashed me a lot.

Finally Dish TV replied me that a company policy is changed and you will not get refund. In fact being a customer there is no intimation from dist tv regarding this change in policy
