I want to bring to your kind notice about the pathetic customer service provided by DishTV and did cheating on top of that. I have multi TV connection with VCs as 01504386277 (parent) and 01504377561 (child) from DishTV in the name of my father Mr.Subhash Chander Kalra.

1. I had made payment of Rs.1400 on 29/12/2009 and after which the next renewal date was set to 21/05/2010 (with parent VC# as 01504377561).

2. On 29/03/2010, I requested for interchange of VC#s from mother to child and vice versa which was duly accomplished. Now the new mother VC# is 01504386277 and child VC# is 01504377561

The problem I am facing today is that with this interchange in VC#s, the renewal date has been modified number of times by accounts department. Initially, it was set to 03/04/2010 and later on my complaint, it has been reset to 22/04/2010 now wherein the original renewal date was set as 21/05/2010 as per point no.1.
I have written more than 25 emails and made atleast 15 calls to get this rectified to reset the renewal date back to 21/05/2010. But no one (from customer service or escalation desk or accounts) seem to understand the problem and how accounts department has messed up with renewal date.

On 17/04/2010, I spoke to Sunny from escalation desk regarding this issue, he confirmed me that he would provide resolution after going through accounts and renewal date calculation from day one when DishTV connection was setup. But I have not received any information/update on this till now.

Also after that I have spoken with Subroto and and informed Akhilesh about it from Dish TV but there is no clarity provided by them or incomplete information.

I would request you to please look into this and take action against DishTV
