Sub: Complain Against Axis Bank related refund of wrong account fund transfer

Sir,
Already many times I have been knocking to axis bank for normalise the wrong fund transfer money. But Till now i am not getting any positive response. I have to transfer through NEFT for urgent requirement of her mother treatment on 04/04/2012.

I have given below in details which i have complained against wrong account fund transfer

Sir,

I, susovan chandra, customer no 3********, have salary account in puruliya axis bank and my account no is 3********044712.on 4th July, 2012 I have transferred Rs. 10,100/- to Miss Maitrayee Manna SBI account trough Internet neft transaction. After few times, I have found that transaction amount Rs. 10,100/-have debited from my account and Miss Maitrayee Manna have not found any amount credit in her account. I have verified her account no and Bank IFSC code. Then I have found that I have mentioned wrong account no. On 3/05/2012 I have sent email to SBI Bank for getting status about my transaction and taking information about mentioned account details. I also informed verbally to Puruliya Axis Bank officer. I came to know from SBI Bank that the mentioned account holder is Mr Joy Pratim Sarkar not Miss Maitrayee Manna. Then I also contacted with Mr. Joy Pratim Sarkar to taking information about transaction. He told that he have found from passbook of SBI, Rs.10,000/- was credited on 04/04/12 and on 03/05/2012 this amount Rs. 10,000/- was kept set holding condition. I also requested him to contact with SBI Bank. They told him that the SET HOLDING amount Rs. 10000/- may be cleared after getting clearance from axis bank. How is it possible to fund transfer when the account no and account holder name are not matching ?
