Axis Bank - Harashed by Branch Manager of M/s. AXIS BANK

Respected Sir,
with due respect, i sri Pradeep Ku. Mishra an Acount holder of M/s. S.B.I., Dist. ANGUL, State: ORISSA, Pin: 759122. Also an ATM Card holder of M/s. SBI, I would like to inform you that on 3rd. June (saturday) 2009, i have operated the ATM of M/s. AXIS Bank\'s of ANGUL District to withdraw Rs.500/- and also got the amount but my SBI ATM Card and Receipt was not released by ATM Macine of AXIS Bank. During that time monitor of ATM shows that \"Satelite Link failured\". i requested the Security Personal for my CARD. He adiviced me to dial the dealing personal and i also dialed. Dealing personal also assured me to return my ATM CARD next dayI(monday) on Mobil phone. He was unable to give me my ATM Card same day due to Sunday closeing day. i also registred complain on Monday in complain registred of Axis bank, angul.
unfortunately, when i came next day for release of my ATM Card Branch Manager (Mr. Mishra) told me that they can\'t return. also said they destroyed all ATM Cards other than M/s. Axis Bank and told me that he is doing as per RBI Guideline. he told me that he can do favour to me, if M/s. SBI, Angul B.M. satified me in written and also with a Photo Identyfication have to give.
After 6 / 7 hours request at SBI branch and zonal head office i got the satification of SBI Branc Manager on my application.
then after i got my ATM Card from Axis Bank. also i requested BM Axis bank to check my authentication Sign. back side of card but he never listen and fired me that he will break my card.
finally, the behavior of BM, Axis bank was too narrow. sir, if such type problem arries in outside my city!!! i harashed, BM, Axis bank. evenif, all the staff including security personal were supported me in back side. his behavior is too bad. kindly do something against him. so that any other person should not face such type of lengthy process and harashment. remain.

I support this complaint. The Branch Manager is having tremendous pressure from the top management and hence he is forced to act like that. If you are interested in Life Insurance then he would have been cool and offered you tea or coffee. next time when you have problem / issues with axis bank, you are requested to start first by showing interest in life insurance
