Axis Bank - Axis Bank change Saving account rule and freez account

I have saving account in Axis Bank ,Adajan Branch, Surat since 2008 and in these account i provide all document related to KYC and account is running well. But in month of Dec'17 they didnt pay four years old running SIP payments and didnt give reason for same.
For that I visited Adajan Branch and meet Miss Vaietha and lodged my complain on 15th Dec'17, but till date their is no reply.
Also in Jan'18 again they didnt make payments of SIP and says that your saving account have only 4 transcation in month so you can not make more, and these they inform me on 11th Jan'18 when I visted Adajan Branch and meet Mr Keyur.
Next Day I received SMS from Axis Bank and inform me that your account have only 4 monthy transcation only effect from 2/01/2018.

So bank chnage their rules without informing customer and they freez account.

Complaint regarding Freezing of Indian Brotherhood of Magicians (Regd.) A/c No-250010100013794 IFSC CODE UTIB0000250 Branch Kirti Nagar New Delhi-15

I Sumit Kharbanda President Indian Brotherhood of Magicians (Regd.) was running society`s account successfully in Axis Bank Kirti Nagar Since 2008. In Jan 2018 they return 1 Cheque Rs.6000/- with the remark Account Freeze and never inform about the same.

On 2.2.18, we provide all the KYC documents to the branch and took the acknowledgement. On 13th Feb. 18 we again went to the branch whether our re-KYC is cleared or not then Sh. Inderjit Singh branch head informed us that sum queries have been received from Mumbai head office, I immediately call all the three office bearers and cleared all the formalities.

We send the remainder on 27.02.2018 & 5.3.18. But no reply has been received so far regarding clearance of our freezed account.

Whenever we go to the Kirti Nagar branch they raised query in piece mail it means staff of axis bank is not trained not making queries at one time and harassing the account holder how many month you will take for clearness of KYC.

Further it is pertinent to mention here that the KYC and other related document have already been submitted to the bank on 15.04.2017 but they did not inform us that our KYC is not complete.
