I am to report my grievance against Tanya Automobiles Meerut a dealer of Maruti Suzuki India Limited regarding fraud and cheating. I had booked a Maruti Celerio CNG Model (Colour Sun Shine Ray) through Tanya Automobiles Meerut, the authorised dealer of MSIL at Meerut. The car was booked on 05-07/06/2016 and in the bargain exchange of my TATA NANO CNG was also factored in for a sum of Rs. 1.05 Lakh. However the car was never delivered on time by Tanya Automobiles Meerut and no concrete promise was also made. When I demanded refund I got only Rs. 83000/- against Rs. 1.05 Lakh on false premises thus putting me at a loss of Rs. 22000/- for no fault of mine. Now the dealer Tanya Automobiles Meerut is giving excuses which are not understood. The respected UP police authorities may kindly appreciate that I am a salaried person and if I am cheated in this way of my hard earned money, for no fault of mine, I and my family shall be subjected to excruciating financial distress. It is requested that a police case be registered against the fraudsters so that my loss of Rs. 22000/- could be made good. I have written several times to the dealer and even the higher officers/officials of Maruti Suzuki India Limited but to no avail. They are merely busy shifting onuses on each other.
1) I purchased maruti suzuki ertiga ZDI+ in july 2016.along with the vehicle i have purchased extended warranty as well AMC anual maintenance contract from the delar SAI services mumbai.
2)i have avail the benift of my 3 free service on time and as per schedule.and Today on 12 june 2017 i went for my amc service get to be done when i visted to the worksho[ and told that i have purchase amc at the time of vehicle purchase they told me that my amc service has been finished how can it be possible that i consume both the benefits of free service and amc service as well at the same time.
the service center is absolutlely cheating.
and on top of that i had word with work shop manager mr.bavesh he replied gon and talk to the sales executive.
litreally feed up of the service and their reply.
pathetic service...
