But, after delivery of the Product the packing Box was opened and Surprised to see that, an inferior / Cheap quality Jhoomer has been supplied in the Decent / Strong Packing Box with attractive Picture of Dancing Duck Jhoomer and Max.Retail Price Stated on the Packing Bax as Rs599.00. But Price of the Jhoomer actually supplied with in box is less than the price paid to Shopclues along with shipping cost. The Product is of Footpath sale Quality.

Due to Different / Cheap type product supplied stating MRP as Rs 600.00, Request for Return has been made as per the return policy of Shopclues in the System as well as Attached Pictures of the Jhoomer supplied / received, picture of the packing box showing the picture of the Product and picture of the packing box side stating Max.Retail Price as Rs 599.00 has also been sent to Customer Support Team,Shopclues by Email. n response it is intimated that my Request for Return / Refund as per their Policy has been Refused / Denied.The Request for Return / Refund was made with the time period not for the shake of Money but for fraudulant deal / Cheating to Customers by supply of Quite Cheap Quality product stating Much Higher Cost / MRP of the Offered Product. I vehemently Object such activities by a Reputed Online Store i.e Shopclues.Com.
