Blue Star AC

It's almost reaching 1 MONTH & one fortnight {1.5 MONTHS} & the issue is not solved till date.

1. I called the customer care at several times & wrote mails, but all in vain no response.

Instead, I see that the my request has been closed by the company taking unilateral decision & without any justification.

I haven't received a single call from Shopclues to inquire into the matter or to update me of anything.

But the same has been shown as resolved by the customer. What a great style to cheat.

2. I call to the customer care of Shopclues & they said as the Parcel reached me in complete packing & the same is in standard warranty, so you solve the issue under warranty.

Here I would like to question you on two issues,

Firstly, if you send only an outer body in the parcel & send the same to me, & say you don't hold any liability. Can you?

More when the courier boy delivers the same to me, I asked him to show me the product, but he refuses & said that they are only liable to deliver the product, they will not be liable for any damage to the product & further he says he will not open the packet, & ask me to accept the packet or not.

I have already submitted the pics that the product is damaged & defective both.

The front panel is damaged.

The PCB is defective & non functional at all.

Concluding, I received a dumy Air Conditioner infact.

To the second point, do I purchase an old product, a big No.

I have purchased a brand new one, but the same is not working so it's my right to get it replaced or to get the same returned, but I'm deprived of all.

Further, how can you close my complain without even a single conversation with me & more terming as resolved with the customer.

More I called the Blue Star Customer Care, but they are saying that they can't help as the faulty part {PCB} has to come from the dealer only. And they add that the given AC is not even registered by the dealer for warranty. A big mess...

Roaming door to door for the last 1.5 months & the seller shopclues is not even responding...

Kindly look into the issue, I'm facing a lot of problems in this scorching heat, kindly expedite & get my air conditioner to work/returned/replaced without any further delay.
