I purchased a laptop from shopclues on 4th May with order number 49518081.
On receiving the product I contacted customer care regarding the warranty. The customer care sent me the warranty details online and the warranty of the product is already 3 month expired. Please check the details attached in the mail.
I raised a refund request along with the details shared by dell customer care to me. Please note that without any the customer care rejected my request. And I again called customer care then they again took my complaint saying there is no reason to deny for the previous request. The TAT for the request is 4 days, now for how many days this YES and NO things will keep on rotating with the customer care? Already 22 days are gone and shopclues is just not listening to my problem and denying it again and again.
You are selling the old products to customer and saying that the buyer is protected?
There is no reason to decline the request. The Dell customer care itself sent this online status to me saying that warranty is 6 months passed. I am escalating this matter to senior management and consumer court websites as well. Is this the shopclues customer care who does not take proper buyer protection???
The customer care is now declining for everything and not refunding my money. Such a big fraud company and my Rs. 47000 is stuck with them. I am not able to do with my urgent need of laptop required. Kindly get it resolved.
