I got deal from goibibo i.e 600/- off on return flight booking. Accordingly booked a ticket from delhi to hyderabad. I used the deal code and got a popup that my code has been accepted, i went through the booking and nowhere i got discount in the process of booking. I thought that i will be refunded money later as some websites do. Till now i didnt get any refund for the discount offered. When i contacted the customer care thet simplay said they are sorry for that and will not be able to give me discount as their system says that coupon was not used at the time of booking. They are blaming me for the fault in their system.
I even gave them the coupoin code which i got from goibibo. I feel cheated and i regret for booking through goibibo.
