A service autowala agreed for the fare 50rs and the on the way he started picking up people like a share auto. when I asked him about this he didn't say anything and after reaching destination I gave him 20rs as like a share auto price,he refused to take and started arguing instead and also used abusive language.I felt very bad. I seriously want to complain about this guy ,but I have no idea how to! I took a note of his auto number AP 23 V 8207. I tried the number 1074 but it didn't work.
