Travelling - Not satisfied with 50% refund of ticket price

Train no:8030 was late by 7 hrs to Nagpur from Rourkela on 17th Jul 2010 hence could not catch 2722 on 18th July 2010 at 17:45. I had confirmed AC 3 tier ticket.
As the ticket was booked online I had to buy new ticket by paying Rs 815 for train number 2650[AC 2tier] to kacheguda + general ticket for Rs 131. The train 8030 was delayed due to Indian railways problem not my personal. my agent :Pardhu travel air and forex refunded only 50% of the price.Hence I should get 100% refund for my ticket PNR: 2207647210
Moreover I had to undergo mental agony due to the delay.
Waiting for earliest action taken.
