A complaint about leakage in Marvella was registered on 5h July bearing No.124304255. I received a message that "address not traceable" on the 6th July. Second complaint was registered on 6th July bearing No. 124314279 and again the same message "address not traceable" was received on 7th July. Again the complaint was registered on 9th July 2012 and received a message "address not traceable" was received today, i.e. 10th July 2012.
It is surprising that when I am living on this address for the last more than 3 years and getting all the post and couriers, how only these people are not able to trace the address? What one expects is that the person searching for the address could have used the mobile number provided and asked for directions. Today on 10th July the service man could not locate the address even after giving him directions over phone.
One now wonders whether the person really searched for the address or was making these calls sitting in some office and moved from there?
A message also comes that "Pl call back our helpline 1********00 to serve you better"? Every-time one has to go through the harrowing exercise of going through a maize of questions and furnish the same details again and again.
If after the receipt of the mail no service man turns up, I will have no other option but to approach the Consumer Court and file a complaint there and the costs incurred therein will have to be borne by the company.
