Hindustan Unilever - I am Not Satisfied with post sale Services of pureit of UniLever

Dear sir/ mam,
I had purchase HUL company product pureit before one year, from that day to till today i am really frustrated from services, My mobile number and consumer number is ********87 and client name is Saloni Swarupa, Address WZ-12, FF, Shadikham Pur, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi, near Metro Pillor Number-224,Before 15 day i requested on customer care number for battery change from that date i have got 7 Complain number, last number is 102294520 that was given to me yesterday.Yesterday when i requested to executive for transfer the call to Senior, then call transfer to Senior andhe tells me that within 24 hours my complain will solve and again 28 hours have gone and i am at the same position of the 1st day.

What the services Company offering i am not geeting that, if Company have this type of service than kindly tell them to close CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE division .And just inform to them that tell to customer at the time of purchase that you will depend on god for future service?? Please Kindly take appropiate action on them, Because Due to poor qulity water supply in my area, i purchase the Pureit. And due to which my all faimly member are ill now.
