I had purchased a Pureit unit on 02 Jul 08. On 14 Mar 09 I had requested the Malkajgiri outlet for replacement of the battery. However, no action was taken for the next 20 days. On 04 Apr 2009, I lodged a complaint with your Mumbai office - Complaint No G0********. Still no action was taken for the next 02 months inspite of frequent calls to your Malkajgiri office. I again called your Mumbai office on 08 Jun 09 but again to no avail. Finally 03 Jul 09, i got my battery replaced when i caught hold of the PWE who had come to my locality - BY CHANCE!!!

This is not the end of it.... your complaint cell has the cheek to say that they do not have the telephone numbers of their superiors and cannot transfer calls to them either.

I am pained by the sorry state of affairs of the leading FMCG manufacturing and marketing company of India. No wonder then that there isn\'t much scope for India in general and your company in particular in this fast and competitive world.
