Below is a letter written to naaptol.com consumer support, till date no correspondence has been done till date. They are lingering around the issue. I requested you to help me in this regard

I purchased \"E-Phone Ultra Slim Multimedia mobile\" from your website
www.naaptol.com. I received the product on Oct 14, 2009. The set was found to be
defective and I immediately called your customer service department on the same day
and registered my complaint. As I further inquired about the procedure, I was told that I
have to send the set back to your office for further necessary action. To this I protested
and asked for refund as per the following clause on your website in the Customer
Support Section (URL:http://www.naaptol.com/faces/components/order/trackOrder.

l The request for replacement/refund of the product shall be done within 10
business working days. Courier person will come to your residence for pickup

l The request for exchange of the product shall be done within 10 days of receipt

For your reference, I asked your representative to arrange PICKUP service, but courier
person has not come to me till date.
Now, its been more than 15 days since your representatives are lingering about the issue.
And even they are not providing any details about the organisational setup of your
company. I also warn that your company is not following the regulations of RTI Act
2005. Therefore, I humbly request you to kindly refund my money. Hope my request
will be entertained and necessary action will be taken immediately, so that I don\'t have
to unwilling drag the case to media or consumer court.

I received my Order No:- 1928528,
but the Mobil Battery charging is not stadby even 15 to 20 minits also.
So, kindly replace the Battery and oblige.

I had received the deffective wispro mini laptop from your side,after getting suggetion from your service center,i deposited the same at IT TECHNOLOGY On dated 20/04/2011 & they had commited to replace with a new one
with in 15 days but still to day dt.01/07/2011 there is no response from yours.
NB-Taking this case into consideration take any immediateiffect otherwise i should go for ligal intiative against you.

I am Irfan Ansari leaving in Sec-25 Chandigarh and i have purchased the Camera Pen from Naaptol and i received as well via courier but my problem is this it is not getting charged through the USB PC as same is mentioned in the newspaper add and now it is useless for me so please arrange the repair or return my money back to me.

Respected Sir/Mam,
I have purchased Boss e Phone 3300 mobile through telephone after gone through the advertisement in Hindustan Times of the same. My order number is 371773. The following defects were observed on operating the above said mobile:
(a) Battery Charger is unserviceable
(b) Horizontal white line on phone display screen
(c) Screen Scrolling is faulty
and also following items were missing inside the box
(a) No operating manual found
(b) No Guarantee/warranty card
(c) No additional Battery
I have called up customer care and I was advised to show the mobile to nearest mobile repair shop for defect rectification and if it is major defect then representative from Naaptol will visit my home and do the needful.
I have already spend Rs. 550/- but mobile is still having problem.
My humble request to naaptol is that please replace my faulty set into new one along with missed items mentioned above or else please refund my money

I have order the black berry mobile from naaptol and the order of mobile came to my home afterward i open & charged the mobile the charging problem has came because the mobile charging pin connecter is not connecting properly but the Mobil Battery charging is not stad by even 2 to 5 minits also. i used the 6-8 days afterward the mobile was switch off because of blackberry mobile charging pin connecter has fail so i want to refund the mobile syed owaiz.
