I orderd the Boss Smart 360 cel phone by order no 159752 which recvd on 3rd Feb 2010. I collected the cell from Bluedart courier office and opened there only found that the ph is used one and in damaged condition. Called the Naaptol to inform the same. They asked me to send the ph by same courier for which I denied and asked them to take the cell on to pay basis.
The cell Ph is recd by them on 8th Feb at their W/h. But till today i have not recd the new Cell phone from them.
There is no response from them.
Kinldy advice. I am planning to pull this company in consumer court and going to charge the harrassment charges.
