1. I PAID FOR THE E PHONE DUAL SIM ON COD BASIS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT ON 25 SEPT O9. MY ORDER NO WAS 47524.
2. ON 30 SEPT I LODGED A COMPLAINT OF DEFECT IN PRODUCT ON HELPLINE AND WAS GIVEN COMPLAINT NO 1803 ON 30 SEPT WITH AN ASSURANCE THAT WITHIN 10 DAYS THE PRODUCT WOULD BE REPLACED. SINCE THEN I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO THE HELPLINE WITH NO AVAIL. IN FACT AT TIMES I HAVE BEEN KEPT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINS WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE. ON ONE OCCASION WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO MS SHRUTI LAD MANAGER OPERATIONS , I WAS TOLD BY ONE MR SACHIN THAT ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN IMDTLY BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL DATE. MS SHRUTI DOES NOT RESPOND TO CALLS ON MOB NO ********00. MY MOB NO IS ********03.
3. I SEE FAR TO MANY COMPLAINTS ON EPHONE ON THE NET WHY IS NAAPTOL SLEEPING OVER IT. CAN ANY ONE ADVISE ME ON ACTION TO BE TAKEN. MY EMAIL ID IS asad6573@yahoo.co.in
