i had purchased a interview recorder form naaptol . the product which i had recieved was not working and i had compalind 1000 if times about that. but there is no one who can hera my problem . really dont purchase any thing from NAAPTOL . and punish them for inprofessional attitute. plz help me so i can replace my product and retun my money which i spend on purchasing and .phone calls ................... plz someone help me

I have brought WESPRO DV648 camcorder , the given resolution is 16 megapixel but actually it gives clarity like only 1 megapixel .... the quality is thirdclass and battery backup is very low ... the product is just useless ....

I have also complaint.I purchased Blackberry Tour 9630. Naaptol Guys show Dual Sim(GSM+GSM) but when I contacted Naaptol they say you should know that Blackberry doesn't come with dual Sim.I have a pic that shows that even blackberry comes with dual Sim .
I have not received Warranty card .
I have not received Invoice .
I don't have any paper that shows that I am owner of this product.
Battery backup is pathetic .
When I tried to call Naaptol for 1 week but system generated voice come for even 30 minutes that all the persons are busy.I cant afford calling so long every day.
I can not even return product because people have bigger grievances after returning.
I need that these people should send good battery.Warranty card,Invoice etc . I will have to accept that this model doesn't come with dual Sim.

I support this complaint. but you know I have ordered spy pen in Naptool. they said with in 7 to 10 days I will receive it but they made it to 20 days , I thought that the member of the naaptol will come to my home and they will give the spy pen, but they have sent it to post. I dont believe any one so I searched for complains in the internet. I had seen lot of complains over naaptol so I did not receive the spy pen I send It again so I have not been cheated I saved my money.
So please dont belive Naptool. Dont buy anything in this company, this is cheating company.

I have purchased a Blackcherry mobile phone at Naaptol.com, my phone was not working, hence i had contact customer support to give the resolution & i had mailed my grievances at support@naaptol.com & feedback@naaptol.com. & the mobile was replaced within a 10 to 12 days and its working absolutely fine.
My complaint was not only attended but resolved on a timely manner. Appreciated the quick response.

I personally now do feel that naaptol is a fraud company, cheating people selling defective products.
Such firm should be banned and strict action should be taken against it.I ordered 5800 express music phone. On opening packet I found battery was completely defective and the Charger as well.When i use to keep the cell for charging it use to tell me "warning bad contact charger"
and the phone later on went off. I am seriously very irritated with this product now. Almost 5 to 6 complains hv been given by me but no action has been taken yet.

I support this complaint. The manuals provided with the product are ridicilous and you dont find the instructions correct . The complaint number rings 4 times and then drops off whereas it should have a holding facility . There is no technical support and executives are too bad to handle
