Below is a letter written to naaptol.com consumer support, till date no correspondence has been done till date. They are lingering around the issue. I requested you to help me in this regard

I purchased \"E-Phone Ultra Slim Multimedia mobile\" from your website
www.naaptol.com. I received the product on Oct 14, 2009. The set was found to be
defective and I immediately called your customer service department on the same day
and registered my complaint. As I further inquired about the procedure, I was told that I
have to send the set back to your office for further necessary action. To this I protested
and asked for refund as per the following clause on your website in the Customer
Support Section (URL:http://www.naaptol.com/faces/components/order/trackOrder.

l The request for replacement/refund of the product shall be done within 10
business working days. Courier person will come to your residence for pickup

l The request for exchange of the product shall be done within 10 days of receipt
of the items. There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement

For your reference, I asked your representative to arrange PICKUP service, but courier
person has not come to me till date.
Now, its been more than 15 days since your representatives are lingering about the issue.
And even they are not providing any details about the organisational setup of your
company. I also warn that your company is not following the regulations of RTI Act
2005. Therefore, I humbly request you to kindly refund my money. Hope my request
will be entertained and necessary action will be taken immediately, so that I don\'t have
to unwilling drag the case to media or consumer court.

Yes sme has happened with me and got a faulty mobile phone and i have ordered it in goa but after and after 2 days i sent it back to naaptol and as i have to shiftfrom Goa after 4 days to delhi officially i informed naaptoll custumer care about this and told them to send it to my Delhi address and specified them my Delhi adress and mobile and land line phone but not one time but more than 15 times but 3 days back one the guys from naaptoll told me that yr product have reached yr city and gave me airway bill number of Blue Dart Courier and when i contacted blue dart they told me that my order is in goa and since there is no one in yr home it is lying in their Goa branch and when i told them that i have informed naaptol to send me in delhi my product they said that they were given goa address only and now if i want my courier in Delhi tl naaptol to mail us rgarding this, and last 4 days i am calling naaptol to send a mail to Blue dart and every prson picking the phone in customer cr says i have send but till date and time blue dart have not recieved any mail =and last three days i have been calling Bombay to naaptol but nobody is bothered and have wasted my lots of money caling them, i humbly request you to look inthis matter and do the needful at your earliest possible.my order number is 197608, complint number is 53931, and my mobile number is ********76

I support this complaint. and ones more complaint from me i purchased a kids laptop from ur company ur company rate 1699/- and mkt pricse only 350/- so u r company totaly fraud fraud
