disputed number is ********43 (Part of five connections Mapped to ********64 of Sundeep R badana) of Maharashtra ocircle

I will give you the synopsis of the entire issue.

- ********43 migrated from Maharashtra circle to gujarat circle by paying an outstanding amount of 247 in august 2015
- on 6/1/2016 an invoice of 4156 sent to me out of which 2752 is for NMNP charges
- we requested in vodafone store and on emails to waive off the disputed amount and allow us to pay the balance amount towards usage charges. Our request goes unheard and number is deactivated.
- Almost 40 emails exchanged but all we have got is invalid explanations

My question

- please check your policy. How can the customer change is circle without clearing the outstanding.It is not possible. I have already cleared the same.
- You check my payment history.
- You adding NMNPS charge all of a sudden in January 2016 why?? when it was due from July
- Please give the breakup of the due your talking about..Show me from when it was due and how it was due??And what were you doing all this months till January 2016
- Please note this number was an add on connection of the primary number ********64( from Maharastra Circle).There is no due on Maharashtra circle as well.

Damages suffered

In Gujarat circle

- cause of mental trauma
- Cause of loss of business due to number deactivation
- Unreasonable coercion (nmnp charges to stop me changing circles)
- Mistake


This dispute is going on for the past 8 months
