I have cancelled, Blaclkberry Proffesional services in the month of Oct'2013, and started 3G services, then in the stopped the same and started standard BB services, But to my surprise, Further to this I had checked the same timely by calling call center and disscussed and confirm the same with call center executive, But to my surprise, I the Dec, I was charged for 3G - 250 Rs with tax, Professional - 750Rs with Tax, and Stad BB 399 Rs with tax, and in after that all further billing cycle 3G and 399 Rs charged, after checking with call center, arogant answer came that, I have not cancelled services, I am end of my wit that how company is torcharing as we dont have back up.
