I received a message from Vodafone to activate your caller tune and cut rs. 30 from my balance..... but I never activate any caller tune service from my mobile ...... I call on the spot to customer care but they can't do for my complaint ...... I don't want any caller tune service and I want my money back in my balance ....... I request for that......
Complainant's Goal: i want my money back in my balance and cancel the service of caller tune
