Allahabad Bank - wrong debit without information after four years

Sir ,
I am having a current account (no.639 ) in your bank (at Vasundhara Ghaziabad, branch code-1870) since the past 6 years. I opted for the Allahabad Bank because of its good reputation and reliability; due to which i also had other accounts of my family members opened here. But am sorry to inform you that i have been wronged by your bank.

Once on 17-1-2010 and then on 24-2-2010 the bank has debited Rs. 1,274.70and
Rs. 15,000.00 from my account stating it as ATM withdrawl done in \' 19-4-2006\'. Now after four years i do not have any record to check;i am truly feeling being cheated.

In the course of these four years i lost my husband and am in not a position to bear this loss. I am putting this matter before you with high expectations of quick action .I am sure I will not be made to pay for your banks negligence.
