The residents of palkikhana faizabad hereby inform that:
1- the generator situated at your faizabad branch produces unbearable sound due to which we are suffering from hypertension, loss of concentration and many other problems.
2- Regarding this matter we met the branch manager on 10/05/10 and he refused to accept our written application with the assurance that an alternate arrangement would be made within a fortnight.
3- We again met him repeatedly after the deadline but he took no serious steps regarding this matter,moreover his concerned officer rudely said that nothing can be done and you may do as you wish.
4- As you might be knowing that installation of such a defective generator which hampers daily life of the residents is totally illegal, moreover there is one temple, one Mosque and a school just behind the bank and all the people are quite disturbed with this.
5- We hereby request you to take quick action against it and get a silent generator installed in the premises so as to make our daily life at ease.
6- We all are earnestly requesting for the suitable action and we are sure that you will not compell us to take further action.
