I bought 2 pairs of hush puppies shoes on 17th mar 2012 in - rs 5328/-And one pair of shoe got cracked from the sole and I am contacting the customer care from last one month.
I get ot know that bata give warranty of 2 months.. do customer pay too hefty amount for only two months of service. Do the products of the bata can not even sustain 1 year.. is the quality of the bata products has drastically get down. And do the hush puppies really a brand of bata..
and moreover, by making fancy showrooms in metro cities will not bring customer satisfaction.....
I am really upset with bata hush puppies.. I will advise all the users to search in internet before buying the shoes.. if it can happen with me, can anytime happen with you as well.. donot repeat the same mistake which I I DID..
