I have made the complaints for poor manufacturing by Bata India and sought free replacement of shoe at my doorstep . But no action taken by bata India so far . Neglecting customer .
I purchase the shoe on 8th April 2011 from their store at raebareli and 3 days after on 11th April 2011 the crack in the sole observed . This was reported by me but no one in Bata India really bothered to call me and arrange free replacement at my doorstep .

I will attach the photograph of the sole of the shoe purchased from their Rae Bareli store .


In addition to the above I purchased the shoe in May 2010 from their Bata Store Rajkot . within 6 months in December 2010 the Sole cracked . Fo reference the photographs are also attached .
