The shoe purchased from Raebareli cracked in 3 days from the date of the purchase . Clearly it was a manufacturing defect .
The Bata India appears to be very soft on corruption and instead of supporting the customers , giving free hand to vendors for supplying raw materials of substandard quality to its units .
