I am having reliance GSM mobile ( ********98 ) and prior to my visit from Raebareli to Indore around 16th July I was having sufficient balance . but when I reached Indore I found negligible balance in my account , owing to which I suffered a lot at Railway station , could not contact taxi operator . The Reliance have deducted amount w/o my consent and did it unfairly .
Similarly again they reduced my balance during my stay in Kalyan / Dombilvil after my top up of Rs 60 /
These very act of the company put me in trouble perticularly during our travals
