Reliance Communications Limited - Reliance dis activated lifetime 50 paisa outgoing call

I am using Reliance Mobile No. ********65 which is life time Prepaid + Lifetime 50 paisa per minute call
on 10th april for adding my Talk time Balance I recharge it with Top Up Rs. 300.00
Even though my Mobile is life time prepaid I got Talk time of Rs. 118.00 insted of 100%
from this date my life time 50 paisa Jadu Pack got Dis Activated and my all calls are going by Rs. 1.00 insted of 50 paisa.
I talk several time to Reliance Customer care, they assured me that I will get back the all excess amount they charge but till date I did not get anything
Complainant's Goal: My Talk time Balance should be updated for the wrong debit
