Reliance Communications Limited - Refund of money due to unwanted ring tone on my mobile number

Sir ,

my mobile number is ********04.

I have recieved massage through SMS that i have subscribed this ring/caller tone without my intimation. And such money deducted automaticaly my account.

I have tried so many times to contact your call center executive but they are not reponnding.

As a whole i can say that your call center executive not taking call and your servicwe is very very poor.

Please tak nessary action and refund my money back.
