I have been trying to contact Kokilaben Dhirbhai Ambani Hospital since 9:30AM to check on the status of my medical reports. I gave my samples on the last Saturday (12th March) and my calls have been diverted and unattended for the last 2 hours. Due to their flippancy my doctor's appointment cannot be fixed and I will lose out on 11 days of possible treatment / medical attention
The staff is ignorant and rude and can't handle patient's issues!
