My elder brother has been undergoing dialysis in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital from the past one and a half years.
Due to negligence of the staff, he has contracted Hepatitis B recently....for that matter many dialysis patients have contracted Hepatitis B,C & even HIV due to their negligence.

This came into light when they started involuntary testing of every dialysis patient, they know they are at fault but won't admit their mistake.

What kind of hospital is this, they just wasted money on decor but none on maintaining basic hygiene & training their staff.

Our family is devasted now and I know even if we raise the matter in the media or higher authorities, due to Anil Ambani's clout all the matter will be hushed up.

Is there a way I can complain about this and have some action taken against the hospital?
Will appreciate any help to register my complaint to the appropriate authorities.
