I have consulted doctor subhah agal for gastro problem and have paid the fees for consultation. After consultation I wanted to ask him a question but doctor says pay the fees again. I asked after 5 min of consultation whr the fees was paid. Also doctor said he works only for money n if I don't have money he will not and my questions.
Complainant's Goal: Apology letter and refund of money for consultation.
