Nokia India - u r nokia X7-00 is a useless one

i purchased nokia x7-00....its a useless one......it will hang once in a week...its on off switch wil not work that time...and battery is inbuilt so there is no way to switch off it.........suggest me a remody.....otherwise i recommend all my frnd ans relatives to bye any mobile other than nokia........

* Operator complaint number – Tata Docomo team told me that its not their reponsibility , it should be nokia if they are giving the offer . pls check with them .. they didnt give the complain number ...

I have never seen such a bad customer service that Nokia is having ..
From past 3 days i regularulary call Nokia care .. and there is no proper response from the team .

1st day ie, 31st April 2014 i called Nokia Care (spoke to Hemanth) about the offer that was mentioned on the box of the nokia device. the rep asked me wait for 48hrs to 72 hrs.

2nd day ie, 2nd April 2014 i spoke to Raja regarding the same but he asked me get in touch with Tata docomo and also he raised a complain number from his side and he promised me that some one from teh complain team will call with 24hrs .. where as i didnt get any call from the team.

3rd day ie, 4th April 2014 i spoke to Akshay and i also informed him that its my 3rd calls but the rep was rude and he placed me on hold several times when i asked him to escalate the call to supervisour he avoided and was asking all unnessesary questions and he told he that he cannot transfer thye call as there is no supervisour available and i will get the call from the Higher level or supervisour before 7PM IST on the same day. Which again the team failed to do so.

I seriously wanted this issue to be escalated to higher level. Pls let me know whom to contact.
