I would like to inform you that I had bought a Nokia mobile phone Model : 5800 Xpress Music( IMEI No. 3541********623) from Mobile Store, Shop No: G 001, Gorund Floor Saltlake Kolkata - 64 on 10.02.2009 vide Invoice No: WB /01192/00001/3451 for Rs. 19399.03.

On April the above mentioned Phone\'s Memory Card got corrupted and I had to visit Nokia Customer Care for repair. They replaced my Memory Card with a new one after 7 days. On enquiring if the problems persists the senior Engineer Mr. Babon Kundu (Contact No: 0********54) assured me that it shall be replaced again.

On 24.06.2009 again the same problem arose i.e, corruption of memory card along with new additional problems with Phone. As it is a touch pad phone, sometimes it is unable to take the touch commands. I visited the Nokia Care at Sector -5 Saltlake Kolkata, but now they are saying that nothing can be done as the memory card has a warranty. Moreover they are telling me to keep the phone for 15 days for the repair.

Moreover they are saying that they shall not give me a back up support of my phone\'s Contact details or the SMS\'s. I humbly submitt to you that my mobile phone consits phone nos and messages of many dignitaries in Kolkata, namely the Commissioner of Police Mr. Gautam Chakraborti, political leaders and other Railway Officials.

I am into Railway Civil Construction business and i having serious problems contacting and communicating my staff.

I am being harassed and I feel cheated after investing around Rs. 19,400/-..

Moreover i had to travell more than 5 K.M to the work shop and stay for a long time which not only hampering my business but it is also a mental tension for me.

It is to inform you that,my cell (nokia5130 xpress music) is not supporting the sms service & showing code error in restore.This problem occure after the change of phone software in nokia care near vidyapeeth, varanasi.

I would like to inform you that,I have purchase one Nokia-6700 from Big Bazar at Bhubaneswar on 28.03.10.The sells man told me that,the baterry back-up is very good.But when i use this phone the talk time is only 2-3 hours.Previosly, i had purchase the same thing.But I have seen there is no improvement.I am regular user of your phone.I have use almost every model.please help me

Dear sir, I have been using Nokia phone since years. Last year out of my hard earned money i bought N81 worth rupees 14 n half thousands. after six months it had a problem with its slider they( nokia service center) tried to convince me with their service but i dint get convinced now so than they replaced the slider of my phone but i also had a problem in my red coloured cancel button after the repair and also i was not much satisfied with slider also n i was pretty much sure that i will have to visit the center after my warranty gets void and this is exactly wat happend.
my argument is the company people say tht its slider so is it that the product is such that does not work properly for even six months..i have spent 14 n half thousand of my hard earned money and have to pay 2250 after that..n that too no sureity that how much would it work as even the company people are not ready to take gaurantee

So i want justice for this!!!!

Let them also know what are the feelings of their valuable customers.

I support this complaint. I was also exploited by Nokia. I had bought N-91, it was hanging, screen got blank, after intervention of Consumers forum to my complaint, they replaced my handset with N73. Now same problems repeating. When i mentioned in my complaint that i know many cases that 70-80% of N-series have failed in my knowledge, they contested me. They are shameless and cheaters.

I am a journalist from Kolkata. I bought a nokia set (Nokia 3500 classic Grey 512 MB) from Mobile store at E-mall in April 2009. I could hardly use it for 5 months. Now the headset is not functioning. whenever I plug in the headset, it flashes on the screen 'connect an enhancement'. That means, it is not accepting the headset any longer.

It is a new mobile set (manufacturing date: Feb 2009 Month and year of import: Feb 2009) . How come such new mobile set of nokia create so much problems??

My repeated requests to mobile store company failed into deaf ears. I repeatedly call up the nokia customer care service and no one picks up the phone. I want my mobile set to be REPLACED since it happened within the warranty period. Otherwise I am going to forward this mail to every other mobile companies.
