I booked 10 tickets via tele booking fir the 10 am show. I was told to come 45 mins in advance to vollect the tickets, but the mall opens at 9:30 only and the security personnel did not allow me to enter the mall. When i reached at 9:30 they said the booking was reset because it was not collected 45mins prior to the show. This was really frustrating and hope they have some provision outside the mall for us to collect the tickets.
