INOX MOVIES - I got money from my account deducted without getting the movie tickets booked.

I booked 6 Tickets online for Myname is Khan on 17th Feb. for 10:10 PM show on 21st Feb. In the end of all booking procedure it shown some error. But, when I checked my Account balance rs. 780 was deducted with narration POS 4214240507350698 M-s. Inox Leisur and cheque/reference no. 004********3 .
Finally when i tried to book that again, I found those seats are again available for booking. I didn\'t get even any mail aregarding the booking details. Please look in to it and try to refund my money as soon as possible.

I support this complaint. I too have the same experience. I attempted four times to book Avathar on 11th Feb. All the four attempts were unsuccessful without the tickets being issued. But INOX charged by bank account for all four times. I sent a mail yesterday. Why not INOX detects such discrepancies immediately and make the refunds.
