This is to inform you that I filed a TDR on PNR 2********5 for PURSHOTTAM EXP (12802) from TATA to PURI on 20th January, 2014 as the train was late by more than 5 hours and my ticket was confirmed. So as per the TDR rules, I was entitled to a full refund of 2310.00 INR, but still i haven't recieved my refund and the status is still showing "Refund Under Process".
